Group X Classes

In-Shape City: Santa Maria is the "Premier Fitness Center" in Santa Maria, with a wide selection of group exercise and specialized aerobic programs. Our energetic and dedicated certified instructors are ready to assist you with your fitness needs. Power Cycling Studio

The Power Cycling studio at In-Shape City: Santa Maria will provide bike enthusiasts a place to sharpen their skills and heighten their training, all in a climate-controlled group setting. Even those who have never experienced a cycling class will find a fun and rewarding cardio workout in power cycling.

Yoga & Pilates Studio

At In-Shape City: Santa Maria, you'll find an intimate and comprehensive program in the Yoga and Pilates Studio. Our program teaches methods of total body conditioning that emphasizes proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flow. Selectorized Machines

Lifefitness Body Masters and Star Trac are among the most popular brands of selectorized equipment.  These machines are typically regarded as safe and easy to use, providing a fixed range of motion so the user isolates the muscle(s) on which he/she is focusing.  However, safer doesn’t mean risk free. Proper form and body alignment are still required to maximize safety.

Machines are easier to learn and perform correctly than free weights. The fixed range of motion that machines provide makes proper form more likely. This is particularly beneficial for the novice lifter.

Locker Rooms

Our locker rooms feature high-end finishes and relaxing décor to make your club experience enjoyable.  Day lockers are free to use – members must bring temporary locks to secure their belongings.  On-site showers provide a quick and easy way to complete your workout and meet the rest of your day.  Coming Soon: Locker Room upgrades that will make your experience even more comfortable and efficient.

Women's Fitness Studio - Coming Soon!

In-Shape City: Santa Maria will be enhanced with our female members' needs in mind. This private workout area will feature premier cardio equipment and the latest in resistance training, making it THE place to meet all of your fitness goals. No need to look further – this specialized area will offer all the services and amenities of a big gym with the privacy of a women's club.
