Not all of the following classes are offered at all clubs. 

BOSU CORE:

This class combines balance, strength, cardio, flexibility and core training.  Energetic and fun!  Suitable for all levels.  1 hr.

CARDIO KICK/BOSU:

A high energy interval class focusing on boxing and kickboxing techniques using Bosu segments. All levels welcome! 1hr.

CIRCUIT EXTREME:

This class focuses on strength training and Cardio circuit drills.  All levels welcome.  1 hr.  

CIRCUIT STEP:

A combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises during a step class that will test your aerobic endurance and muscular strength.  Suitable for all levels.  1 hr.

DIESEL:

Got energy?? An interval traing class consisting of high rep and low weight strength training and cardio interval burst. 1hr

INTERVAL XTREME:

Take power sculpt to the next level!  You will love this workout.  Multiple strength and toning techniques using barbells, hand weights and jamming’ music.  One of the best workouts.  All levels welcome.  1 hr.

PILATES MAT:  

This class is based on alignment and stretch theories that utilize the bodies own weight as resistance and focuses on core stabilization while strengthening and lengthening muscles.  Excellent for all levels.  1hr.


POWER CYCLING:

Take the ride of your life!  Power cycling is a group cycling class which accurately replicates the feel of the cycle on the road.  Experience hills, flat terrenes and jumps using various sitting and standing positions.  Cycling is for everyone, at any age, and any fitness level.  It is simple, easy to learn and a great workout. 45 min.

PUMPING PEDALS:

Cycling interval class alternating with segments of muscle conditioning. 1hr.

RUN CLUB:

For any member that enjoys running or is ready to start running!  This class is designed to encourage participants to run for fun or train for a marathon.  1 hr. class

STEP ‘n PUMP:

Hand held weights are used in this class in conjunction with slow step movements focusing on strength and muscle conditioning.  All levels welcome. 1 hr.

STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH:
Just hard work that will push you to the max!  A great free weight workout that challenges your entire body.  Great for all levels of fitness. 1 hr.

YOGA:

Yoga is the concentration on balance of mind, body, breathing, and increased flexibility.  All levels 1 hr.

ZUMBA:
Zumba is a fusion of latin and international music and dance. The routines are aerobic/fitness intervals with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your body! Zumba is an all over body workout, it's fun and effective!!
