Cardio Theater

In-Shape City: Lompoc is filled with premier State-Of-The Art cardiovascular equipment. You will never be bored with our 42" Plasma Screen Televisions and various machines. Our members can choose from treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climber, cycles, rowers and so much more. In-Shape City: Lompoc is designed to allow members flexibility in choice of machines, reducing the chance of injury and increasing the excitement of trying new equipment. What better way to increase your stamina, improve your health and reach your goals?

Group X Classes

In-Shape City: Lompoc is the "Premier Fitness Center" in Lompoc, with a wide selection of group exercise and specialized aerobic programs. Our energetic and dedicated certified instructors are ready to assist you with your fitness needs. We provide an entertaining and enjoyable atmosphere, whether you are just beginning your exercise program or at an advanced level.

Power Cycling Studio

The Power Cycling studio at In-Shape City: Lompoc will provide bike enthusiasts a place to sharpen their skills and heighten their training, all in a climate-controlled group setting. Even those who have never experienced a cycling class will find a fun and rewarding cardio workout in power cycling.

Indoor Pool

Steam/Sauna/Spa

Tanning

The club provides premier tanning beds for your convenience. Tanning products are available to maintain and enhance your tanning needs. Appointments can be made at the front desk for members 18 and older. A liability waiver is required.

For those on the go, the In-Shape City: Lompoc Re-Shape 29-Minute Circuit is designed to give you a total body workout in only 29 minutes!

Women's Fitness Studio

In-Shape City: Lompoc is designed with our female members' needs in mind. With premier cardio equipment and the latest in resistance training, this is the place to meet all of your fitness goals.
