In-Shape City: Lompoc is currently offering FREE BODY FAT TESTING at our Preview Center at 501 W. Central Avenue.  Body fat measurements are recognized as a superior method for measuring "weight loss" and are important benchmarks whenever you start a new fitness routine.  After all, when someone declares that they want to "lose weight", what they mean is that they want to lose fat.

Knowing your body fat percentage NOW can help you set realistic weight goals for the future. 

Tests are available Monday-Friday, 10am - 7pm.  Walk-ins are welcome, but you can reserve an appointment by calling (805) 735-2600.
