UPGRADES and UPDATES at In-Shape Sport: Concord.

We're excited to announce the following UPGRADES and UPDATES currently underway at In-Shape Sport: Concord.

1. RELAX in the NEW steam room in the women's locker room.  Opening this week!
2. Your racquetball courts are being upgraded and will reopen around October 16.
3. Your NEW martial arts/combat studio is currently in the works and will open soon!
4. MAKE SURE you and your family are enjoying your updated group exercise studios, Kids Club, and other amenities.
