Fitness Director

The Director of Fitness is responsible for the development of competitively superior fitness programs and services, and implementing fitness programs to improve member retention and drive member referrals.  The Director of Fitness will work to create a synergistic relationship with all departments to fulfill In-Shape’s Vision and Mission Statement.

 The Director of Fitness will ensure that each club is staffed with a competent Fitness Manager (or Fitness Supervisor) and enough certified personal trainers to service our members.  The Director of Fitness will measure everything, and monitor the effectiveness of all fitness programs and communicate findings on a regular basis.

Administrative Property Manager

Seeking a qualified self motivated, highly organized person to join our team.  Gathers and interprets data to assist in commercial property acquisitions.  Assists in financial evaluations and negotiations of acquisitions, and conducts appropiate due diligence on potential properties.  Travels to different geographical sites within California to conduct property suitability studies.  This person must be professional, attention to detail, can multi-taks, able to workin a fast paced working environment and have excellent written and oral communication skills.  Must have advanced administrative skills.  Bachelors degree required with a minimum of 5 years commercial real estate experience.  Must be familiar with commercial real estate legal documentation process and leases.  Proficient with computer programs, Excel is a must.

District Facility Tech

Manage and oversee the district facility tech's. Responsible for maintaining and repairing fitness equipment. Ensure safety within the club by promptly repairing non-functional equipment and conducting preventative maintenance on all equipment. Coordinate and approve repairs assosciated to specific clubs. 

Equipment Tech

Ensure that the facility and equipment is in good repair by performing preventative maintenance/repairs of all the fitness equipment within the club and light facility repairs on a daily basis.

Club Opening Assistant

Aggressively seeking a qualified self motivated, highly organized,  individual  to assis the Club Opening Coordinator.  This person must be professional, very detail oriented, have great customer service skills, must be able to multi-task, be computer literate, able to work in a fast paced working environment and have excellent written and oral communication skills.  This person will help with Purchase Order preparation, updating new club documents, make contact with vendors and place orders.  Maintain various reports and spreadsheets, update procedural binders, process confidential information, assist with Event Planning and Co-Host Grand Opening Parties and various administrative duties.

Member Services Associate

Aggressively seeking a responsible, professional, and committed individual who is looking to advance with the company. The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented and possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. Responsible for inbound customer service calls, written correspondence and data entry in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of MS Office is required and bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Data Entry Clerk

Seeking an individual that is highly organized efficient; details orientated, and possess a good math aptitude. The ideal candidates will posses good analytic skills in addition to the ability to analyze and determine out come. Ensure the accuracy of financial information onto member’s accounts.  This position includes and is responsible for inputting member applications, understanding of bill codes and EFT bank information.  The ideal candidate will be able to work in this fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.

Collections-Member Services Associate

Seeking an individual with experience in collecting past due receivables. This position is customer service oriented, focused on resolving issues with a "Win-Win" solution. The ideal candidate must be a fast learner and possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. Responsible for outbound collection phone calls resulting in resolution of account balances. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of MS Office is required and bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Account Reconciliation Associate

Seeking an energetic individual who is highly organized and efficient; detail oriented and possesses a good math aptitude. The ideal candidate will have cash handling, banking or accounting experience, in addition to the ability to analyze and determine outcome. This position includes and is responsible for auditing point-of-sale cash, credit cards and all other transactions. The ideal candidate will be able to work in this fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

Administrative Assistant

This position reports to the Administration Supervisor and requires an individual that is highly organized efficient; details orientated, and possess a good math aptitude. The ideal candidates will posses good analytical skills in addition to the ability to analyze and determine the outcome. This position includes and is responsible for (but not limited to) daily and weekly application and MSR reporting, interoffice mail, new file label, Welcome Postcard, and Member Referral Databases. The ideal candidate will be able to work in this fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.

Front Desk Service Representative

We are looking for upbeat, organized, individuals with dynamic communication and customer service skills to work in a fast paced energetic position.  Responsible for greeting all members and prospective members to ensure their visit is a positive experience, while maintaining daily desk operations.  Must work well in a team environment and possess multitasking capabilities.

We are looking for energetic, motivated, customer service oriented individuals with a passion for fitness to develop individual exercise programs to support members in meeting their personal fitness and exercise goals, instruct and assist members on exercise equipment, and continually monitor members’ needs and progress as well as ensure member satisfaction and retention.  Previous certification helpful, but not required.

Equipment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance on all the fitness equipment within the club and make repairs/adjustments to equipment as necessary.

We are seeking trained individuals to ensure water safety for members’ pool use.  Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, enforcing pool rules, assisting members in emergency situations, and keeping pool area organized and clean. Lifeguard and CPR certification required.
