The In-Shape Cafe is an exciting alternative for those of us that are short on time and need a meal rich in vitamins. Our smoothie creations are both nutritious and delicious. Stop by the juice bar on you way in for that pre-workout energy boost, or on your way out to supply your body with the essential nutrients it needs to recover. We have a range of smoothies from performance enhancers to coffee flavored drinks to kid's smoothies. Ask the Front Desk about our Frequent Buyer cards. Come in, work out, have a smoothie! Child Care/Kids Club

At the Kids Club, our highly trained staff is there to meet your child's needs with sports, games and age appropriate activities. Crafts and stories will inspire their creativity and develop their imagination. Along with our Kid's Club for ages 8-12 In-Shape City: Ceres will be a safe and secure environment for your children.

Tanning

Enjoy our tanning beds for year round use. Check with our Pro shop for the latest in tanning products, including Swedish Beauty Products or Australian Gold. Appointments can be made through the front desk and age requirements are 18 and older. A liability waiver is required.

Group Exercise

With a wide variety of group exercise available and an energetic, dedicated group of certified instructors, you will enjoy your fitness experience at the club. In-Shape's Group Exercise classes provide an entertaining and enjoyable atmosphere for your fitness routines. We have classes available for all levels: beginning, intermediate and advanced.
