Our members can choose from treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climber, cycles, rowers and so much more. In-Shape City: Antioch is designed to allow members flexibility in choice of machines, reducing the chance of injury and increasing the excitement of trying new equipment. Our energetic and dedicated certified instructors are ready to assist you with your fitness needs. Tanning

The club provides premier tanning beds for your convenience. Tanning products are available to maintain and enhance your tanning needs. Appointments can be made at the front desk for members 18 and older. A liability waiver is required..
