Re-Shape entails 4 weeks, at 2 sessions per week, on
Nutrition, Exercise
and
Wellness.
Re-Shape
Nutrition:
Learn
how to eat guilt-free with a healthy and balanced nutrition
plan.
Re-Shape
Exercise:
Learn
the importance of:
- flexibility
for fewer
aches/pains
- cardiovascular
training for
increasing energy expenditure
- resistance
training for
preserving and/or increasing lean muscle tissue
Re-Shape
follows the exercise guidelines established by the
American College of Sports Medicine and National Academy
of Sports Medicine.
Our
Re-Shape 29 minute Express Circuit provides
a functional, full-body exercise program through strength
and cardio intervals, followed by flexibility training
(stretching).
Re-Shape
Wellness:
Re-Shape
provides a support system that will guide you towards
a healthier lifestyle. Our Re-Shape Fitness Professionals
supply nutrition and exercise tools that will help you:
- avoid
plateaus
- get
results
What
to Expect from Re-Shape
Each
Re-Shape participant will be assigned a Re-Shape Fitness
Professional to properly assess and help create a results-driven program. The training sessions include nutritional
guidelines and exercise programming specific to each member's goals
and physical ability.
The
body is naturally driven to adapt to any given workload.
The Re-Shape Fitness Professional will help you avoid this
adaptation, and, thus, continue to see results with effective nutrition and recommended
physical activity. Re-Shape provides the guidance and
tools necessary for change, but it's your responsibility
to commit and Re-Shape a
