Intermediate

Intermediate
Pilates is progressive and challenging for all fitness levels. Elevate
your Pilates Essentials into intermediate movements by utilizing small
apparatuses from magic circles, foam rollers, toning balls and more! Intermediate
Pilates begins the first level of exclusive training to provide individualized
attention in a group setting. Begin to Re-Shape TM , lengthen and strengthen your body!
Reformer
I & II
Learn
the perfect balance of strength development with the Pilates Reformer.
Enhance your level of difficulty by utilizing Mat Pilates methods with
various spring loads. Reform your body by intensifying flexibility, strength
and torso stability with the benefits of correcting muscular and postural
imbalances. Reformer exercises are carefully selected according to the
client's fitness level and health history.
Specialty
Training
In-Shape
offers Specialty One-on-One and Group Training Pilates for Sports, Special
Conditions (i.e. Pregnancy), Dance and Mature Adult populations. Specialty
trainings include the use of Small Apparatus, C-Shaper, and Towers, in
addition to a comprehensive Fitness Assessment, Postural Analysis, Client
Specific Programming and Individual Coaching.
